M. Kelly
Chairman & CEO
Walter
is the grandson of Kelly Systems' founder Michael J. O’Kelly
and was President of the company from 1971 to 2003.
Walter
graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a degree
in Business and received his graduate degree from Loyola
University. Prior to joining Kelly Systems in 1971, he served
as a Manager with Arthur Anderson and Company in Chicago.
Walter
currently is active with Kelly Systems serving as Chairman
and CEO. Additionally, he serves on the Board of Directors
for Resurrection Healthcare and has served on the Board
of a number of organizations to include St. Mary of Nazareth
Hospital Center, Industrial Council of Northwest Chicago
and National Security Bank.
Robert
M. Capua
President
Robert
joined Kelly Systems as a production assistant in 1980.
He was soon promoted to a position of draftsman and systems
component designer. His duties expanded into sales management
in 1986 where he serviced many of the company’s key
customers.
He
is a graduate of DePaul University with a degree in English/
Communications. Robert also obtained a law degree from DePaul
University in 1988.
Robert
was promoted to Vice President in 1994 where his roles included
new sales development, market expansion and personnel management.
In 1994, he developed and launched a new product line that
continues to be a significant contributor in the Kelly Systems’
product mix. In 1998, Robert was instrumental in launching
a key product, cash-secure systems, used by retail, gaming
and other industries.
In
2003, Robert was appointed President of Kelly Systems.
Michael
J. Kelly
Vice President
Michael
J. Kelly is a grandson of Kelly Systems' founder, Michael
J. O’Kelly, and is active in the operations of the
business.
Michael
began working for the company in 1966 while attending St.
Josephs College in Rensselaer, Indiana. He became a full
time employee in 1971. Michael has served in many areas
of the company and is currently integrally involved in manufacturing
management and is a key member of the Design/Engineering
New Product Development Team.
Robert
E. O’Connell
Sr. Sales Engineer, Project Manager
Robert
joined Kelly Systems, Inc. in 1974 as a production assistant
and progressed rapidly to join our team of field service
technicians performing troubleshooting and repair service
in the field, assisting customers with new system start-up,
operator training and preventive maintenance programs.
Robert
was promoted to Sales Engineer in 1977 where his talents
served our existing customers and led our continued expansion
to new customers in the commercial and industrial markets.
He ultimately spearheaded Kelly Systems, Inc.’s continued
dominance as the industry’s leading supplier of heavy-duty
pneumatic tube systems for sample transport and other industrial
application.
Wesley Grzegorzak
Principal Product Engineer/
Information Technology Manager
Wesley
is a graduate of the Illinois Institute of Technology with
a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and has
a certification in Microsoft Server technology.
Wesley
joined Kelly Systems in 2002 and has overall responsibility
for the technological direction of products and services,
the investigation of cutting-edge technologies, analyzation
of product potential and integration into Kelly Systems
products and processes.
Wesley
is also responsible for the set-up and maintenance of IT
architectural infrastructure and software throughout Kelly
Systems.
Mimi Panico
Office Manager
Mimi
joined Kelly Systems in 1979 and performed various functions
including telephone receptionist along with secretarial
duties.
Mimi
was promoted to Office Manager in 1995 and is currently
responsible for accounts payable, receivables and day-to-day
business operations.
Her
functions as Office Manager also include personnel decisions
relative to job descriptions and employee management.
James Feirick
Manufacturing Superintendent
Jim
joined Kelly Systems in June of 1977 as a Shop Assembler
of mechanical and electrical machinery. His duties soon
expanded to include Service Technician.
In 1984,
Jim was promoted to Plant Superintendent and continues to
serve in that valuable position.
Jim
has also served Kelly Systems as Purchasing Manager and
Traffic Manager and possesses a strong hands-on resume that
is invaluable to the company
Phillip McGeever
Materials and Production Manager
Phillip
joined Kelly Systems in 2000 as Materials Manager for the
Industrial/Commercial sector of the business. He was instrumental
in assisting Kelly Systems to meet its growing needs in
material management as the business was growing.
Phillip
implemented new inventory and purchase control systems as
Materials and Production Manager. These systems were critical
to the management of costs at Kelly Systems that meant pricing
could be kept competitive during customer cost-conscious
periods.
Phillip,
as Materials and Production Manager, has been directly responsible
for the control of production for National Accounts.
